Redevelopment of 10,000-sf of existing restaurant space to the newly branded Morimoto Restaurant. Construction entailed new walls, flooring, ceilings, storefront and Bars.

Construction consisted of removing one set of escalators on the Palazzo Casino floor and adding a new set of escalators at the main atrium. Construction was spread across the retail, casino and basement levels of the building to address the required modifications required to receive these massive systems.

Demolition of the iconic Rainforest Cafe to make room for the new construction of 12,000 square feet of a new interactive gaming stadium, bar and gaming areas.

New construction of 4,000-sf of new jewelry store retail space within the Palazzo Hotel & Casino.

The Mirage Center Bar was formerly the old casino cage within the casino floor.  With a state of the art design by Novus Architecture, TEAM Construction was invited by MRID in a negotiated capacity to rebuild this area into a high-end bar and parlor for the Mirage Hotel and Casino patrons. The newly constructed space boasts over 8,000-sf of highly decorative millwork finishes and architectural design elements that are worthy of a second look.

This project is a ground-up build on Las Vegas Blvd between the New York New York (NY NY) and Monte Carlo. Construction consisted of 7,000-sf of restaurant space off the existing NY NY Casino footprint. New structural slab, structural steel, glass curtain wall, and decorative exterior "fin" soffit make up the shell, with modern industrial finishes throughout the interior.

This project required a complete demolition of 15,000-sf of existing buffet, kitchen, walls, ceilings, flooring, and MEP infrastructure. This build-out highlights a modern and open feel incorporating accented soffits, tile feature walls, patterned flooring, stainless steel servery lines, decorative glass partitions, and factory finish millwork enhancements to the columns and entry facade.

TEAM Construction undertook the construction of 50 high-end suite units within the Cosmopolitan West Tower. Originally left out of the original construction, these new units were stacked side by side and required a full MEP infrastructure and finish build-out within a fully occupied operation tower. Coordination and a high level of communication were the key factors contributing to the successful turn-over of these units.

Shell construction converting three existing tenant spaces into one tenant space for Optica using 1,500-sf. In typical retail fashion, the project focuses on lighting and millwork. This project used millwork components and integral transitions to showcase the various sunglass display cases and cabinetry to showcase store inventory.

This was a major design assist renovation with AOR consisting of enlarged restaurant seating footprint by modifying perimeter walls and extending into surrounding public space. Renovations included architectural feature walls, entry facade, bar shucking stations with bottle displays, and decorative concrete flooring and back of house kitchen improvements.

This was a new construction project in Starz Lane at MGM Grand Hotel Casino consisting of 10,000-sf build out of high-end space to accommodate nightly performances by Brad Garrett and visiting comedians.

With the coming of the new Monte Carlo Theater several performing acts within the existing MGM Properties were repositioned to account for the new venue.  On this exciting fast-track project, TEAM Construction teamed up with MGM's development team to construct a fully remodeled theater consisting of new stages and theatrical elements catering to the performers.

The Venetzia jewelry store located within the Venetian Hotel and Casino was a full remodel of an existing interior space.  The new space serves home to many high end jewelry retailers looking to showcase their product with the high-traffic considerations of this particular portion of the casino floor.  High millwork displays, decorative ceiling elements, elaborate lighting packages and an open floating storefront were among the many design features that made this a successful renovation for both TEAM and the client.

This 4,000-sf complete interior restaurant and bar renovation resulted in Pub 1842, which consisted of a new exterior facade, raised patio, interior antiqued perimeter steel-framed water glass window features, a full service bar, kitchen, lighting, flooring, and other related finishes located within the Studio Walk of the MGM Grand.

A complete renovation of existing site within the Cosmopolitan to create a more open and upbeat environment as accomplished with swinging platforms, LED display gaming tables, dancing platforms, and illuminated poles centered around the DJ booth. This included slot reconfigurations, bar modifications, wood flooring, and special finishes matching millwork.

Renovations included demolition of the entire theatre entrance inclusive of the ticketing and merchandising displays. The build-out consisted of a full service entry bar comprised of high end factory finish millwork, new entry foyer with decorative chandeliers, tufted walls, new merchandise displays, and fully interactive video wall displays for an enhanced guest experience.

Renovated the existing Krazy Horse Theater, transforming the 8,500-sf venue into Beacher's Madhouse show and night club experience in expedited fashion. The theater is now equipped with tiered seating, VIP booths, a new stage, flying track systems to transport bottle service to VIP booths, and a series of (3) bars incorporated into the design contributing to the eclectic theme.

Renovated an existing section of the Cosmopolitan for the Va Bene II Coffee Shop. This 1,500-sf build-out created logistical challenges due to the central location within the casino floor. Construction included slot relocations, demolition of back of house service area and venue build-out with millwork accentuated by various decorative metals, flooring, and accent lighting; all contributing to amenities guests visit the hotel for.

Small property improvement within the MGM Grand, creating a delicatessen at the main entry near the center core elevators. A themed design that capitalized on square footage incorporating front display counters, decorative wainscoting and mouldings, artwork, flooring, and back of house kitchen preparation space.
