Milos Restaurant at the Palazzo Hotel & Casino was a relocation of the venue formerly located at the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino. This high-profile restaurant captured the essence of modern Mediterranean-style cuisine with its complimentary Mediterranean modern design. Venetian plaster walls & ceilings, light and airy wood-planked flooring, crisp stainless steel fish displays coupled with front-of-house executive chef stations, state of the art fish displays showcased as the center bar feature all work together to create a dining experience unlike no other within the world famous restaurant row.
