The Cosmopolitan West Tower Room Remodel addressed (52) rooms over 26 guest occupied floors of suites that were not built during the original construction of the tower. Project construction consisted of new MEP and Fire Life Safety infrastructure, bathrooms, wet bar, custom wall covering applications, piano grade millwork features throughout and decorative lighting. The roll-out of the suites allowed for livable group space in lieu of a standardized hotel room delivery.
