The addition of the Villas Azur Restaurant & Night Club brings a entirely new dining experience to the Palazzo Hotel & Casino. This open venue of sprawling space includes faux trees, coffered ceilings, eclectic feature walls, modern art, DJ Booths and a full bar experience interwoven into the dinning layout. A full service kitchen provides modern Mediterranean fused dishes that are unlike any served on the Las Vegas Strip. The night is lost into dancing via the state of the art Audio Visual System that features light displays, feature walls and interactive lighting elements that blend with the DJ sets. A truley unique experience on the Las Vegas Strip offering fine cuisine combined with the night life experience, this project was truly a pleasure to build with DANKO Hospitality.

The Delilas Super Club experience was a delivery that elevated the dining experience in Las Vegas and throughout the world. The venue designed over the top when it came to the finishes that touched every elevation throughout the space, both interior and exterior. Private dining experience, chefs table accommodations, multiple bars, exterior patios, executive chef kitchen and a performance stage allowing for performances by some of the most popular industry entertainers. This venue has set the standard for Vegas dining for the foreseable future.

Mott32 restaurant blends old world Asia with the modern tones of Las Vegas. The venue features open seating, trendy bars, themed private dining experiences, wine displays and ceiling displays that reinvented the interactions between glass, metal and special finishes. This build was like no other and ultimately created an ambience that takes the guest experience to the next level in Las Vegas.

The Mayfair Super Club introduced diner with a show to the now trendy Vegas scene. This venue features an eclectic design that is sure to influence design and construction awards for years to come. The program features several highly themed bars, multiple dining rooms, patio experiences, a full executive kitchen, theatrics platforms throughout and a fully operational stage that allows for singing and dancing throughout the diner experience.

Partnering with Ownership early on in a Design-Assist role, this project was the epitome of TEAM's full project delivery from preconstruction through construction. Tightly budgeted from its inception at concept levels, program management by all parties contributed to a space well received by the Caesars Forum Shoppes. A new entry façade, interior restrooms, bar experience, dinning areas, seating niches, private dining and a full service kitchen were all part of the program

Shake Shack at the NY NY Hotel & Casino was part of the master plan for the T-Mobile Arena park experience. This exciting build expanded the primary hotel structure to allow for the enlarged restaurant footprint. Design features added a new exterior patio, ultra modern canopy projecting out of the building, new kitchen, server lines, custom banquet seating areas and new wall, floor and ceiling finishes.
