Chance Hibbard

Chance Hibbard has worked on and off-site in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has worked in various capacities, including accounting, project management, and information technology. Chance has been a project consultant for multiple projects throughout the Las Vegas valley ranging in value from $50k to $250 million before founding TEAM Construction with his current partner David Noble in 2004 and taking on the position of Co-Owner / Chief Financial Officer ever since. His ability to correctly forecast and manage the financial departments associated with his numerous enterprises allows Chance to strategically coordinate the financial responsibilities related to running efficient and successful companies.
