Dave Noble's career in construction encompasses well over a decade, where he has spent over 20 years in project management, estimating, and running highly successful construction enterprises. With significant experience within a wide variety of project platforms including, but not limited to, office buildings, retail, hotel, gaming, and medical facilities, David has been involved in many complex, fast-track projects where communication and coordination at all levels have been the critical success factors. David brings considerable experience to the project's development, support, budget, buy-out, and scheduling phases. He is able to look ahead and address pre-construction and project issues before they become constructibility problems. Dave has spent most of his time working on various projects in the Las Vegas Valley ranging from $50k to over $300 million. With 20 years of construction experience and a LEED Accredited Professional, David Noble, as a Co-Owner/CEO, provides the necessary leadership required to run a competitive and efficient company.
