James Buist

James Buist is a Superintendent for Team Construction’s Concrete Division who brings a high level of experience to both the Pre-Construction and Construction processes. James possesses a multitude of Management skills ranging from BIM model coordination to OST tracking and LEAN Building Practices and a high level of job site coordination and scheduling skill-sets. With over 15 years of Supervision experience and 25 years of Construction experience, James has a unique ability to understand all facets of Project Delivery specific to Concrete. His ability to communicate a project’s needs at Ownership and Tradesmen levels allows James to be a tremendous asset and source of knowledge on any given task, no matter the complexity.
